Application Process

At St. Elizabeth Parish School, we have an open enrollment policy, which means we accept students throughout the school year. This flexibility is a testament to our unwavering commitment to providing quality education to all children. We are dedicated to nurturing your child's potential and look forward to welcoming them to our school community.

Steps to securing enrollment at St. Elizabeth Parish School:

First, schedule a School Tour with Dr. Phyllis Cremer, the School Principal.
There are three simple ways to make an appointment with Dr. Cremer:
a. Call the School Office, 626.797.7727, Monday-Thursday from 8:00 am -3:30; b. https://calendly.com/stelizabethtours/school-tour; or 
c. Send an email to Dr. Cremer at [email protected] 

After the School Tour, then submit the following documents:
a. On-line student application 
b. Birth Certificate 
c. Immunization Record 
d. Baptism Certificate (not required for entry to school) 
e. Report Cards/Progress Reports  
f. Standardize Test for the past two school years
g. Confidential School Rating form (given to applicant during school tour)
h. NEI Scholarship application and 2022 tax return 
 
An acceptance letter will be mailed to the family once all required documents have been submitted and reviewed.  A $450 registration fee is needed to secure admissions to the school. New families are required to attend an orientation before the start of school.
